	Video of your copier- Impact-Technology will make a short 2 minute video of your actual refurbished copier and ship it along with your copier on CD to show you the great external condition of your copier as well as the perfect copy quality it produces prior to shipment. This is done in absence of a demo on our retail floor because we know a video is worth a thousand words!
	100% Satisfaction- Within the first 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your copier purchase, you may return your refurbished copier for a complete refund, less shipping charges.
	Documentation- We provide user manuals in book or CD format for all of our used copiers. For those digital copiers that are networked, we will also send along printer drivers for your computer(s).
